Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn/unused
  • In original packaging
  • With tags and proof of purchase

To start a return, please email us at support@busybabies.co.
Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and full instructions.
(We don’t accept returns sent without approval.)

Return Postage

  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items – We’ll resolve this immediately, and you won’t need to cover return costs.
  • Size issues or change-of-mind returns – The buyer covers return postage.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away so we can make things right quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised/custom products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or style is to submit a return request (if required) and then place a new order.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Orders delivered to the EU may be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is approved or received, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take extra time to complete the refund.
